So I am currently swimming through the sludge of a bad week. Of things just not going great hightened by PMS and knowing that you're being a grump.
For guys out there sometimes we know when we have PMS and can tell you to buggar off before we flip out other times we just cant figure out why we are so aggitated, frustrated and angry. Thats when everyone needs to run away.
So all that stupid emotion was rolled into one this week and all the things just sucked. Work sucked, people sucked and I wanted to punch a lot of customers in the face. (especially the grumpy old man who just walked up to me and started yelling)
I had a job interview which I feel like I just flaked out on which really brought me down and then lots of little things continued on from that. For instance I was trying to heat up my dinner in the microwave last night but as I went to put the container in I misjudged the hight and it hit the ledge and all my food preceded to fall all down my oven and onto the floor.
And that was just one thing that was aweful.
So how do you pick yourself up after a string of terrible events? Well I'm going to start with sleep. I think thats always a good place to start.
